All Investor applications require proof of Directorship and Shareholding in a Botswana Registered Company.

A Botswana-registered Company is its own a legal entity, separate from that of its members, with some legal powers to sue, or be sued, own property and make contracts.

At least one of the Directors of a Botswana Registered Company must be Resident of Botswana.
